Always look forward to eating here. Sad when Asheville had its water issues but the owner opened and everything was served in paper plates and cups. Still good but weird. Happy to say it's all back to normal and we couldn't be happier. Always happy to support this restaurant as the tikka masala is amazing!! And he always makes mine with Salmon when asked and the char on it is perfect! Love this place
This was my first time visiting Asheville. I came for a work trip. I came to Cinnamon Kitchen for lunch today. They were not very busy, so it made coming in for lunch super convenient. I ordered the butter chicken. I've only had Indian food as a convenience meal never in a seat down restaurant. The waiter was super nice and not rude when I said I didn't want it too spicy. It came out super fast. And it was such a great value for what I paid. I probably could have taken some back to work, but I was afraid that if I didn't eat and enjoy than I wouldn't have eaten later. Thank for enjoyable lunch today. I hope to come back next time I come to Asheville.
Cinnamon kitchen is open for business (post Helene) and good as ever. They working very hard, no internet and cash only. The food was incredible and the service was outstanding. Go there!
We visited this establishment with friends, and the food was extremely delicious. I had the chicken biryani,medium spicy , and had so much food that I had leftovers for two days. Service was great, the waiter was very attentive. Ambiance was nice and comfortable. We'll definitely be returning soon.
Excellent Indian food and attentive service. This is such a hidden gem. We love their Butter Chicken and Masala especially.
Always delicious! Our go-to takeout spot. I get the Malai kofta and my husband gets the tikka masala. We order naans and raita and it is always delicious. Mango lassis are excellent too! My only complaint is that it gets a little pricey after adding on the extras. Would order more if there was some kind of combo deal.
Wonderful! Best Tikka Masala that we've had. An eggplant dish was really flavorful as well. The naan was hit and fresh.
Hands down the BEST Indian food in the Asheville area ! A little out of the way and not fancy but worth the trip .
I treated myself here for lunch on a Wednesday and thoroughly enjoyed my experience! I ordered the assorted platter that included a little bit of everything to try along with the garlic naan. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the chicken pakoras were. The naan bread is to die for, too! They seemed to have daily specials as well that looked really good!
